Since Turbodev is a digital service platform, We do not ship physical products. All Our services are delivered electronically through Our Website and mobile application. This policy outlines how We provide access to Our services, setup timelines, and delivery expectations.
SERVICE DELIVERY AND ACCESS
Upon successful registration and subscription to Our services, You will receive immediate access to the Turbodev Platform through Our Website (https://turbodev.com) or mobile application. Access is granted electronically, and You can begin using the Platform as soon as Your Account is created and verified.
The Platform is hosted on secure cloud servers, which means You can access Your Account from anywhere with an internet connection. There is no physical installation required, and all features are available through Your web browser or mobile app.
FREE TRIAL AND SANDBOX ACCESS
When You sign up for a free trial by providing Your work email and active mobile number, You will be immediately redirected to Our sandbox environment. This allows You to explore and test Our features without any commitment. The sandbox access is instant and does not require any waiting period.
During the free trial period, You have full access to test all available features in the sandbox environment. This includes exploring Our chatbot functionality, agent management tools, message templates, and other Platform features. All trial access is provided immediately upon registration.
WHATSAPP BUSINESS API INTEGRATION
For full Platform functionality, You will need to integrate WhatsApp Business API through Our portal. The integration process begins when You apply for WhatsApp Business API access through Your Turbodev Account.
After You complete the onboarding form and submit the required business documentation along with Your WhatsApp number, Our team will review Your application. Once approved, You will receive an OTP and a sign-up link via email or SMS to complete the WhatsApp Business API integration. The approval and setup process typically takes 2 to 7 business days, depending on the completeness of Your documentation and WhatsApp's review timeline.
Please note that WhatsApp template approvals and API access are subject to WhatsApp's policies and review process. Turbodev cannot guarantee specific timelines for WhatsApp's approval, as this is outside Our control. We work diligently to assist You through this process and provide onboarding support to help You get set up as quickly as possible.
ACCOUNT SETUP AND CONFIGURATION
Once Your Account is created, You can immediately start configuring Your settings, uploading contact lists, setting up message templates, and customizing Your dashboard. Most configuration tasks can be completed immediately, with no waiting period required.
If You require assistance with setup or have questions about specific features, Our support team is available to help. You can reach out to Us through the contact information provided on Our Website. While We aim to respond to all queries promptly, response times may vary depending on the complexity of Your request and current support volume.
PLATFORM UPDATES AND MAINTENANCE
Turbodev regularly releases updates, new features, and improvements to the Platform. These updates are deployed automatically to Our cloud infrastructure, which means You receive access to new features without any action required on Your part. Updates are typically made available to all Users simultaneously.
Occasionally, We may need to perform scheduled maintenance to ensure optimal performance and security. When maintenance is required, We will provide advance notice through email or in-app notifications whenever possible. During maintenance windows, You may experience temporary service interruptions.
INTERNATIONAL ACCESS
Turbodev services are accessible globally, subject to local laws and regulations. As a cloud-based platform, You can access Your Account from any location with internet connectivity. However, please note that some features, particularly WhatsApp Business API integration, may have availability restrictions based on Your geographic location and local regulations.
If You are accessing the Platform from outside India, please be aware that data may be stored and processed in servers located in India or other countries where We or Our service providers maintain facilities. This is detailed in Our Privacy Policy.
SERVICE AVAILABILITY
