This Cancellations and Refunds Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which You may cancel Your subscription or request a refund for Turbodev services.
This policy applies to all subscription plans, free trials, and services provided through the Turbodev Platform. Please read this policy carefully to understand Your rights and Our obligations regarding cancellations and refunds.
CANCELLATION PROCESS
Customers may initiate cancellation requests from within the billing/subscription section of their account. The process is as follows:
- Access the billing/subscription section in your account
- Submit a cancellation request
- Complete the brief questionnaire provided
- Our customer support team will contact you to finalize the cancellation
EFFECTIVE DATE
Cancellations become effective at the end of the current billing cycle. Users will retain access to services until the end of their paid period. No refunds will be provided for the remaining period of the subscription, except under special circumstances reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Turbodev reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any policy changes.

SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION
You may cancel Your subscription to Turbodev services at any time through Your Account settings on the Platform or by sending a written cancellation request to security@turbodev.ai. When You cancel Your subscription, access to the Platform will continue until the end of Your current billing cycle.
To avoid being charged for the next billing period, You must cancel Your subscription at least 30 days before the renewal date. If You cancel after this 30-day window but before the renewal date, You may still be charged for the upcoming period. Once payment is processed, standard refund terms apply as outlined below.
Cancellation requests sent via email should include Your Account email address, the reason for cancellation (optional but appreciated), and Your desired cancellation date. Our team will process Your cancellation request within 2-3 business days and send You a confirmation email once it is completed.
FREE TRIAL PERIOD
Turbodev offers a free trial period that allows You to explore and test Our Platform features without any financial commitment. During the free trial, You have access to the sandbox environment and can evaluate the Platform's capabilities.
The free trial does not require any payment information and can be cancelled at any time without any charges. If You decide not to continue with a paid subscription after Your free trial, simply do not subscribe to any paid plan, and no charges will be incurred.
Please note that if You subscribe to a paid plan during or after Your free trial, the standard cancellation and refund policies will apply to that paid subscription.
REFUND POLICY
Generally, subscription fees paid for Turbodev services are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or in specific circumstances outlined below. This policy reflects the digital nature of Our services and the immediate access provided upon subscription.
However, We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. Refunds may be considered in the following situations:
REFUND CIRCUMSTANCES
Service Non-Performance: If You experience significant and persistent technical issues that prevent You from using the Platform as intended, and Our support team is unable to resolve these issues within a reasonable timeframe, We may offer a prorated refund for the affected billing period. You must report such issues promptly and work with Our support team to attempt resolution before a refund can be considered.
Duplicate Payments: If You are charged twice for the same subscription period due to a technical error on Our part, We will refund the duplicate payment immediately upon verification.
Unauthorized Charges: If You believe Your Account was charged without authorization, please contact Us immediately at security@turbodev.ai. We will investigate the matter promptly and, if verified, process a full refund.
Legal Requirements: In jurisdictions where consumer protection laws require refund rights that exceed this policy, We will comply with applicable legal requirements. This includes, where applicable, the right to cancel within a cooling-off period as mandated by local laws.
Subscriptions Cancelled Within 48 Hours: If You cancel a new subscription within 48 hours of the initial payment and have not used the Platform beyond the free trial features, We may offer a full refund at Our discretion. This applies only to first-time subscriptions and not to renewals.
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
The following charges are generally non-refundable:
WhatsApp Template and Conversation Charges: Usage-based charges for WhatsApp Business API templates and conversations are billed monthly based on actual usage and are non-refundable. These charges are based on messages sent through the WhatsApp integration and are processed by WhatsApp's billing system.
Partial Billing Periods: If You cancel mid-billing cycle, You will retain access to the Platform until the end of that billing period, but no prorated refund will be issued for the unused portion unless required by law.
Upgrade Fees: Fees paid for upgrading to a higher subscription tier are non-refundable, though You will retain access to the upgraded features for the remainder of the billing period.
Third-Party Integrations: Any fees paid directly to third-party service providers (such as WhatsApp Business API fees) are subject to those providers' refund policies and are not refundable by Turbodev.
REFUND PROCESS
To request a refund, please send an email to security@turbodev.ai with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the following information:
Your Account email address, the date of the charge in question, the amount charged, the reason for Your refund request, any relevant documentation or screenshots supporting Your request (such as error messages or correspondence with support), Your preferred refund method (original payment method preferred).
Our team will review Your refund request within 5-7 business days and will respond with a decision or request for additional information if needed. If Your refund is approved, We will process the refund to Your original payment method within 10-15 business days, depending on Your payment processor's policies.
Please note that refund processing times may vary based on Your bank or payment provider. While We process refunds promptly, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in Your account depending on Your financial institution's processing time.
ACCOUNT DELETION AND DATA RETENTION
Upon cancellation of Your subscription, You may choose to delete Your Account through the "Delete" option in the Platform settings. Please be aware that Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
Even after cancellation or Account deletion, We may retain certain information as required by law, to resolve disputes, enforce Our agreements, or for other legitimate business purposes as outlined in Our Privacy Policy. This may include transaction records, compliance-related data, and anonymized usage information.
If You request Account deletion, We will delete or anonymize Your Personal Information within 7 to 30 days, subject to any legal retention requirements. However, some aggregated or anonymized data may be retained for analytical purposes.
CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES
If You dispute a charge with Your credit card company or bank (also known as a chargeback), We will work with Your payment processor to resolve the dispute. However, initiating a chargeback without first contacting Us may delay the resolution process and could result in temporary suspension of Your Account pending resolution.
We encourage You to contact Us directly at security@turbodev.ai to discuss any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback. In many cases, We can resolve the issue more quickly through direct communication, and this helps avoid any potential service interruptions.
SUBSCRIPTION PLAN CHANGES
You can upgrade Your subscription plan at any time, and the upgrade fee will be prorated based on the remaining days in Your current billing cycle. The upgraded features will be available immediately upon payment.
If You choose to downgrade Your subscription plan, the change will take effect at the beginning of Your next billing cycle. You will retain access to Your current plan's features until the current billing period ends. No refund will be provided for downgrades, and You may experience reduced access to certain features based on Your new plan level.
Please note that some features or data may not be accessible after downgrading, depending on Your new plan's limitations. We recommend reviewing plan features before making a downgrade decision.
AUTOMATIC RENEWALS
Unless You cancel Your subscription at least 30 days before the renewal date, Your subscription will automatically renew for the same billing period (monthly, quarterly, or annually) at the then-current subscription rate. You will be charged using the payment method on file for Your Account.
We will send You a reminder email before Your subscription renews, giving You an opportunity to cancel if You no longer wish to continue. It is Your responsibility to ensure Your payment information is up to date and that You cancel in a timely manner if desired.
